Third confirmed caller report. Retired forestry worker, male, late sixties. Car stopped on its own outside Browning. Low-frequency hum — felt more than heard. Found payphone, called WBPR. Calm throughout. Oso walked him through Highway 2 protocol. No figure at the landmark tonight. He had coffee. The hum stopped at 01:52 by his estimate. Did not call back.
